This great player likes his music loud. His favorite are trance, dance music, Metallica. According to him, they help him train better making him think and act faster.
He likes to drink recovery beverages and eat recovery foods right after a match or workout. This recovery diet comprises of a mix of carbs, proteins and electrolytes whose aim is to quickly re-hydrate and replenish the body.
He likes to share much with his family, in almost all his tournaments they are present accompanying him.
Roger trains with greater intensity in December, when there are no tournaments and from January to November he does not practice with greater intensity because he does not want to saturate his body.
